Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 5, 2026

At LowLatencyVPS, we encourage prospective customers to evaluate our services before making a purchase. Instead of offering a traditional money-back guarantee, we provide free trial VPS instances for eligible users.

This Refund Policy explains our billing practices, refund eligibility, and free trial process.

1. General Policy

All purchases made through LowLatencyVPS are generally final and non-refundable.

By purchasing any of our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Service fees are non-refundable.
  • Partial billing periods are not refunded.
  • Unused Services are not eligible for refunds.
  • Account termination or cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for previously paid fees.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

2. Free Trial Program

To help customers evaluate our infrastructure before purchasing, LowLatencyVPS offers free trial VPS instances to eligible applicants.

Approval of trial requests is entirely at our discretion.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a trial VPS will be provided.

3. How to Request a Free Trial

To request a trial VPS, you must complete the following steps:

Step 1 – Create an Account

Register a customer account on the LowLatencyVPS website.

Only registered users are eligible to request a trial.

Step 2 – Submit a Trial Request

After registering, submit a trial request that includes:

  • Preferred VPS location
  • Desired VPS plan
  • Preferred operating system
  • Any additional information requested by our team

Providing complete and accurate information helps us process your request more efficiently.

Step 3 – Trial Review

Our team will review your request.

We reserve the right to approve or decline any trial request without providing a reason.

If your request is approved, we will provision your VPS and send the server details to the email address associated with your account.

Step 4 – Continue or Discontinue the Service

The trial VPS is intended solely for evaluation purposes.

On the day following VPS deployment, an invoice for the service will be generated and issued to your account.

If you wish to continue using the VPS, simply pay the invoice before its due date. Upon successful payment, the VPS will remain active as a standard paid service.

If you decide not to continue, you may ignore the invoice. Failure to pay the invoice will result in the automatic suspension and eventual termination of the trial VPS in accordance with our billing procedures. No payment is required if you choose not to continue using the service.

4. Trial Eligibility

To ensure fair access to our trial program:

  • Trial VPS instances are intended for evaluation purposes only.
  • Trial availability may vary by VPS location and resource availability.
  • We may limit the number of trial requests per individual, organization, payment method, email address, IP address, or other identifying information.
  • Abuse of the trial program may result in the denial of future requests or suspension of your account.

5. Trial Restrictions

Trial VPS instances are subject to the same Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy as paid Services.

Trial Services may include limitations on:

  • Available locations
  • VPS plans
  • Operating systems
  • Computing resources
  • Trial duration
  • Additional features

LowLatencyVPS reserves the right to modify or discontinue the trial program at any time without prior notice.

6. Chargebacks

Customers who initiate unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks may have their Services suspended or terminated while the dispute is under review.

Where permitted by law, we reserve the right to recover any fees, costs, or expenses incurred as a result of fraudulent or abusive chargebacks.

7. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact our billing team as soon as possible.

Verified billing errors caused by LowLatencyVPS will be corrected promptly, including issuing refunds or account credits where appropriate.

8. Service Cancellations

Customers may cancel recurring Services at any time through the client portal or by contacting our support team.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not entitle the customer to a refund for fees already paid.

Customers remain responsible for any outstanding invoices incurred before cancellation.

9. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

  • A duplicate payment caused by a billing error.
  • An incorrect charge made by LowLatencyVPS.
  • Where required by applicable law.
  • Any other circumstance that LowLatencyVPS expressly approves in writing.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on our website and will become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
