This Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) describes the service availability commitments provided by LowLatencyVPS (“LowLatencyVPS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) for our Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting services.
This SLA forms part of our Terms of Service and applies only to active paid VPS services unless otherwise stated.
LowLatencyVPS is committed to delivering reliable, high-performance VPS infrastructure.
This SLA outlines:
LowLatencyVPS guarantees 99.9% monthly network uptime for all eligible paid VPS services.
“Network Uptime” means that your VPS has network connectivity through our core infrastructure and is reachable via the public internet, excluding the exceptions described in this SLA.
The uptime guarantee applies to our network infrastructure and does not guarantee the availability of software or applications installed by the customer.
Our infrastructure is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

From time to time, scheduled maintenance may be required to:
Whenever reasonably possible, advance notice of scheduled maintenance will be provided through our website, customer portal, email, or other communication channels.
Scheduled maintenance does not count as downtime under this SLA.
Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice when necessary to:
Emergency maintenance is excluded from uptime calculations.

If LowLatencyVPS fails to meet the monthly Network Uptime Commitment, eligible customers may request a service credit according to the following schedule:

Our support team aims to respond to support requests as quickly as possible.
The following response times are targets only and are not guaranteed:

Actual response times may vary depending on ticket volume, complexity, holidays, and other operational factors.
Customers remain solely responsible for:
LowLatencyVPS recommends maintaining independent backups at all times.
Service credits provided under this SLA are the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any failure to meet the uptime commitment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LowLatencyVPS shall not be liable for:
LowLatencyVPS may modify this SLA from time to time to reflect changes in our infrastructure, operational practices, or legal requirements.
