Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in the LowLatencyVPS Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying for or participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Terms of Service, and all other applicable policies.

1. Overview

The LowLatencyVPS Affiliate Program allows eligible individuals and organizations to promote our VPS hosting services in exchange for commissions, service credits, promotional benefits, and other incentives.

The Program is intended for users who can introduce new customers to LowLatencyVPS, including but not limited to:

  • Community managers
  • Trading educators
  • Strategy developers
  • Trading advisors
  • AI developers
  • Software developers
  • Content creators
  • Influencers
  • Website owners
  • Bloggers
  • Technology consultants
  • IT service providers
  • Business partners
  • Other individuals or organizations with relevant audiences

Participation in the Program does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship with LowLatencyVPS.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

  • Maintain an active LowLatencyVPS customer account.
  • Provide accurate account information.
  • Comply with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Promote LowLatencyVPS in a lawful, honest, and professional manner.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

3. Joining the Program

You may join the Affiliate Program by:

  • Activating the Affiliate Program through your LowLatencyVPS Client Portal; or
  • Contacting our team to request affiliate access or discuss a partnership.

Upon approval or activation, your affiliate account will be enabled.

4. Affiliate Tools

Approved affiliates may receive access to promotional resources, including:

  • A unique referral link
  • Promotional or coupon codes
  • Marketing materials
  • Affiliate dashboard and statistics
  • Commission reports
  • Other promotional resources made available by LowLatencyVPS

These materials remain the property of LowLatencyVPS and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

5. Qualified Referrals

A referral is considered qualified when:

  • A new customer registers using your referral link or promotional code.
  • The referral is genuine and not self-referred.
  • The referral complies with these Terms.
  • Any applicable verification requirements have been satisfied.

LowLatencyVPS reserves the right to determine whether a referral qualifies for commissions or rewards.

6. Affiliate Rewards

Depending on your referral performance and marketing contribution, LowLatencyVPS may provide one or more of the following benefits:

  • Cash commissions
  • Account credits
  • Service credits
  • Promotional discounts
  • Free VPS services
  • Exclusive partner benefits
  • Marketing support
  • Other incentives determined by LowLatencyVPS

Generally, 10% of the referral payment amount is paid as a reward, but this may vary and change depending on the affiliate.

7. Free VPS Reward

As part of the current Affiliate Program, affiliates who generate 50 or more qualified referral sign-ups may become eligible to receive one complimentary VPS.

The specific VPS plan, location, specifications, and duration of the complimentary service will be determined by LowLatencyVPS.

To continue receiving the complimentary VPS, affiliates are expected to maintain active participation in the Program.

If no new qualified referrals are generated for two (2) consecutive months, LowLatencyVPS may, at its discretion:

  • Suspend the complimentary VPS;
  • Terminate the complimentary VPS; or
  • Convert the VPS to a standard paid service, in which case the affiliate may continue using the VPS by paying the applicable service fees.

8. Promotional Discounts

Affiliates demonstrating consistent marketing efforts and referral activity may receive promotional benefits for themselves or their audiences.

Depending on performance, LowLatencyVPS may provide discounts ranging from:

  • Up to 15% one-time discount; and
  • Up to 20% recurring discount on eligible services.

Discount eligibility, percentage, duration, and availability are determined solely by LowLatencyVPS and may change at any time.

9. Commission Payments

Eligible affiliates may receive commissions through one or more of the following methods, as determined by LowLatencyVPS:

  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer (where available)
  • Other supported payment methods
  • Credit applied to the affiliate’s LowLatencyVPS account for future services

The available payment methods may vary depending on your country, applicable regulations, and operational requirements.

Minimum payout thresholds, payment schedules, and verification requirements may apply before commissions are issued.

LowLatencyVPS reserves the right to delay or withhold payments while reviewing suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

10. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

  • Make false or misleading claims about LowLatencyVPS.
  • Misrepresent pricing, services, or performance.
  • Engage in spam or unsolicited marketing.
  • Use deceptive advertising practices.
  • Bid on trademarks in paid advertising without written permission.
  • Create fake accounts or fraudulent referrals.
  • Refer themselves using multiple accounts.
  • Use stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
  • Engage in any activity that harms the reputation of LowLatencyVPS.

Any prohibited activity may result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

11. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use LowLatencyVPS logos, trademarks, banners, and marketing materials only for the purpose of promoting the Program and only in accordance with any branding guidelines we provide.

All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of LowLatencyVPS.

12. Termination

Either you or LowLatencyVPS may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program at any time.

Upon termination:

  • Your referral links and promotional codes may be deactivated.
  • Future commissions will cease.
  • Outstanding eligible commissions earned before termination may be paid, subject to these Terms.
  • Complimentary benefits, including free VPS services, may be discontinued.

13. Changes to the Program

LowLatencyVPS may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program, including commission structures, rewards, eligibility requirements, promotional discounts, payout methods, or other benefits, at any time.

Changes will become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Limitation of Liability

LowLatencyVPS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.

Participation in the Program does not guarantee any level of referrals, commissions, income, or business opportunities.
